How do I pay?
After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to our secure payment platform. There, you can choose your preferred payment method, review invoices, and view your billing history.
What time will you be at my home?
We operate like your local garbage service, offering a set service day rather than a specific time. Our routes typically run from around 7:30 a.m. until dark to keep costs low for you. You will receive a text notification approximately 60 minutes before we arrive—if you’re near the start of our route, you might get a 15-30 minute heads-up. We avoid early morning texts to respect your quiet time.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No, you don’t need to be home. We just ask for easy access to your yard gate.
Do you disinfect your equipment to prevent the spread of germs?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We disinfect all shoes and equipment with kennel-grade disinfectants to help prevent the spread of germs.
Do you take the waste away?
Generally, we leave the waste at your residence. Double-bagged and placed inside your trash can to keep rates low. If you prefer off-site waste removal, we can accommodate this for an additional fee.
Policies
Pricing Policy
Our quotes are usually accurate, but final pricing is confirmed after the first yard inspection. If any changes are needed, we’ll notify you before starting services. If you pause your service for any reason, an initial cleaning fee may apply when you resume monthly service.
Payment Policy
One-time or initial cleanups are due upon completion.
If you continue with monthly service, you’ll be billed for the remainder of that month.
Recurring monthly payments are due on the first day of each month before services begin, unless otherwise arranged.
Late payments incur a $10 fee.
Failure to pay before the first service of the month will result in removal from the schedule.
Monthly fees are averaged over 52 weeks and spread across 12 months, so months with five weeks do not incur extra charges.
Winter Policy
We operate year-round, showing up regardless of rain, snow, or other weather conditions when it is safe to do so. If service is missed due to unsafe conditions, we’ll double up the next week. You’ll still be charged the full monthly rate as waste accumulation and effort remain consistent. Clients maintaining subscriptions through winter won’t be charged for a separate spring cleanup and will keep their locked-in rates.
No Access Policy
If we can’t access your yard because the gate is locked, you’ll still be charged for that cleaning. We’ll double up on the following visit. Your technician will knock and call before leaving.
Dangerous Pet Policy
We love dogs! However, if your dog is aggressive or prevents us from cleaning, we’ll try to contact you by knocking and calling. If we cannot safely complete the job, you’ll be charged, and we’ll make up the missed cleaning on the next visit.
Cancellation Policy
No contracts here! Cancel anytime with at least 48 hours’ notice by calling (859) 379-5409. If you pause services seasonally, initial or spring cleanup fees may apply when resuming monthly service.
