About Ted's

Hey there! I’m Matt, the person behind Ted’s Clean Yard.

My journey with dogs started in 2007 when I worked at a high-end dog boarding and daycare facility. I’ve always loved animals and that early experience taught me how important it is to have a clean, safe space for them to play.

After that, I shifted gears and built a career as a firefighter paramedic. I hold certifications in technical rescue and as an instructor. I’m passionate about serving my community. One cool perk of the fire service is the schedule — 24 hours on, 48 hours off — which gives me the time I need to take great care of your yard.

At home, life is busy with my wife, three kids, and three dogs. One of which is actually Ted, the inspiration behind the business name! I get how hectic things can be, so I started Ted’s Clean Yard to help fellow pet owners keep their yards clean without adding more to their plates.
